Fujian Shipping Foreign Economic Cooperation Co., LTD. (formerly known as Fujian Futong Foreign Economic Cooperation Co., LTD.) is a comprehensive foreign economic cooperation enterprise established with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. It has the right to dispatch all kinds of labor personnel (including seafarers) overseas and carry out foreign trade and other businesses.
